1st Touch Program

 • Our unique 1st Touch is the ground level program we offer. 1st Touch players learn the
   fundamentals of soccer through a program of structured activities and fun based games designed to stimulate a child’s 
   imagination and develop motor skills.
 • Our philosophy in this program is rooted in “Camouflage learning” and “Getting started” with the ball. 
• This program introduces soccer to promote coordination, movement, balance, and most importantly fun, fun and fun.
 • Soccer knowledge is gained through games where players are acting like pirates, animals, driving soccer cars whilst
   learning different techniques and skills used in soccer.
 • SWFL  Adrenalines' 1st Touch Program promotes a love for the beautiful game in a safe and controlled environment.
 • 5  week program

 • Coaching provided by experienced SWFL Adrenaline staff member
